Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc is made from 60% Semillon and 40% Sauvignon, this wine possesses intensely flavoured, pristine fruit with a clean and zippy palate and fresh fruit flavours of lemon, passion fruit and pineapple.

Michael Kerrigan, the acclaimed former winemaker of Madfish and Howard Park, has been working with Bancroft Wines for 25 years. When the vineyards he coveted in Margaret River’s oldest sub-region of Willyabrup Valley came up for sale he leapt at the chance to fulfil his dream of making his own style of boutique wines and became the owner/winemaker of Hay Shed Hill Winery.
